The Guitar Centre (at East Brisbane) had an existing Business Page, and an existing Virtual Tour that was taken in 2010)… Bowever, when they moved premises (diagonally across the road), they had all sorts of problems trying to get their new address reflected – and it was still showing the OLD virtual Tour of their Old shop.
Their existing business page need ed to be updated via My Business using their existing Google Account, and we confirmed that adding a new Virtual Tour would replace the original one.
We assisted them by :
- Helping them to locate and update theirexisting Business Page listing
- Photographed and Published a New Virtual Tour
- Took a series of Professional Point of Interest photos
Once the Business Page was updated, the “Knowledge” box on Google search started to show the new address.
The New Virtual Tour replaced the old out of date one.
In the 6 months after launch of the New Virtual Tour, they have received more than 140,000 additional views on the Business Page
